Она мне нравится по нескольким причинам. И честность про невозможность обещания вечного трудоустройства. И обещание значимой важной работы (“надюсь в будущем вы посмотрите назад и поймете — что у нас вы делали самое значимое за всю карьеру”). И ожидание оптимизации на компанию, общее дело, а не на личные интересы — что я считаю очень правильным и всегда сам этому стараюсь следовать.
